Message last year ,litterally...

Just got them back from the machine shop, layed them up for the night on my work bench in the back yard to start the reassembly process the following morning. Even covered them with the bbq grill cover, but certainly futile against thieves.

Who,why,and when is beyond me....

Whom ever did it made me feel violated, so he or she forced my hand to militarize & weaponize my house and garage... I wish a motherf*cker would this time around... Would be fun explaining the aftermath to the boyz an girlz in blue with my attorney present :)

To name just a "few" things, I've invested in as counter measures:

-Everything is locked down tight in the garage, nothing left to chance, so short of a brinks truck repeatedly ramming it to break in... Good luck getting in discreetly.

-A solid attorney

-Resurrecting all my Marine Corps weaponry , and registering them legally this time around.

-2 Professionally trained Purple Ribbon Blue nose Pitbulls (Dollar Bill & Skyy Blue) my babies.

-All entry points are electronically monitored and comes to my cell.

-But sleeping with my AK next to our bed is my personal fav. (I'm sure others here have similar sleep routines hahaha)

-Many hours @ the gun range teaching my girl friend and then honing her skills to be confident with the weapons, versus avoiding them like the plague. She can now confidently and effectively use 95% the tools of my previous life's trade in Iraq... :-)

More fun stuff that keeps me legal, but I won't go into details on that ;)

***Most may say that's overkill or I'm nutz blah blah, but since I travel allot internationally for work and pleasure, my family and I's safety is far more important, especially when I am away and not able to get back quickly for a emergency situation "prevention is truly better than a cure".

Blowing a couple racks a month for additional safety measures is nothing to me. Seems thieves are getting bolder and bolder as the economy continues to spiral downwards for many industries. I Don't even like watching Houston's local evening news when I'm home, even my neighborhood with full time patrolling officers hasn't seemingly made a dent in the random petty crimes that are popping up with neighboring homes.

Sorry for your situation bud, hopefully you get the maximum allowable payment for your losses.
